A new type of "new media" that doesn't currently exist. In this new age of technology, there are many different type of "new media" from social media to blogging communities. A new type of "new media" would be one that centers around music. With many streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music, it focus on the individual playlist for each person privately can create privately and top songs rankings for everyone can see publicly. But there is none that combines both. In this new type of "new media", users can comments and share songs on this new music platform. It would be a center where it would be on a timeline similar to instagram, instead of pictures it would songs that people want to share. This allows users to share their favorite songs but allows other to be introduced to new songs or artists. Music videos can also be shared on the timeline.
